Duro Olowu Spring Summer 2011 Collection

With several successful shows, shadders is very excited to present Duro's 2011 Spring summer collections courtesy of style.com. Duro continues with his tradition of vintage inspired silk geometric, floral prints and translates them into fall by making them a little subdued but by no means less interesting. The collection has an underlying theme – soft, everyday wear pieces designed with ease of movement on a feminine form, perfect for a woman who loves pret a porter. The collection has received positive reviews from  Style.com. Duro Olowu described his Spring Summer 2011 Collection muse as a woman who tries to see things clearly and differently , “She doesn’t buy clothes; she selects them.” View the collections below

Solange Knowles' unique fashion sense seems to keep her on the cover of magazines. She graces the front of the September/October 2010 Issue of FashIzBlack Magazine wearing an African hair-do and neck rings. What we like about Solange is the fact that she is not afraid to be herself.
